I would really like to know where she was going? I didn't push her 15-20 feet from where she said she was going which is where the silver car is going (feeder road North to 288 in Pearland, Texas. If that had been the case I would've ended up beside her because she was hit from the center to the far left side of the Accord. If it had been an older car with big front chrome bumpers, maybe she would've been pushed, but the Honda Accord has a crumpling front bumper which takes the brunt of the force. The engine even starts to drop down, and it did slightly in this incident. Two motor mounts had to be replaced. The road has grooves in it that run North to South on an East West Street (they can be seen in this photo). Also, if you look at the close ups of her rim, it was bent up top where I hit her which strongly suggests that there was no pushing. All of these facts lead me to believe that the lady was distracted by her cell phone, the sun (she was travelling East) or something else that made her turn way too soon. ( Her wheels were slightly pointed to the left ), or she was turning around to go back home because she left something at home, perhaps her Bible because she claimed she was on her way to Church. I don't know and probably never will, but I don't have to live with the guilt and someday she'll have to answer to a higher power.
